Balance payment (after advance) must be paid before 10 days of the tour date (except last moment booking) to assure the confirmed booking with Hotels / Rent-A-Car. In case of late payment, a fine of 1% per day will be applied on the balance payment without any guarantee towards confirmed bookings.

The travel options i.e. Train/air / bus from your location to destinations are strictly provided on the request of the client(s). It is a supplementary service. The client is advised to select the best option from our suggestion on his own. In no case, we shall be held responsible for any risks/discomfort arising out of such travel.

We provide the list of hotels those can be booked for a particular trip/tour. Any of the hotels will be booked as per availability and package standardization. We provide the best possible hotels & accommodations for our clients, but in some areas, especially in hill stations, there are possibilities of moist conditions inside of the rooms. The rooms are provided to the client(s) as per their package, hence client(s) is/are expected not to compare their room with other rooms as the hotel contains different grades of rooms.

In the case of the group, there won’t be any travel guide unless and until specified. The driver will drop the group at destination/tourist spot and the sightseeing should be done at own.

The frequent light / current shutdowns are also possible. Air-conditioners are not available in hill stations. Room heaters or other warming options can be made available on request at extra charges. In some such areas, the hot water is available only in the early morning due to weather conditions and property maintenance issues. The client is advised to inquire about the timings while check-in at the hotel reception.

The transportation facilities, other than a private car will be as per the local transportation facilities available by the State Government / Local Service Providers. We will be providing you with the best possible transportation service as per your package. The meals during travel will be borne by the client(s), unless and otherwise specified.

The meals offered in our packages will be fixed menu buffet meals. If the client wishes to have different items, he/she can have the same at his/her own expenses. There will be no cancellation of included meals at the last moment.

We usually book tours 45-60 days before. In case if client request to book their tour(s) in short period, he/she is expected to adjust with the services offered at last moment.

At every destination, we have our local representative to guide/help you locally. You are requested to be in his contact for any queries/doubts during the tour and act according to his guidance. In case he fails to guide, client, can contact our HO. This communication may attract roaming charges, please note. At any hill station, if any trip is canceled due to any natural calamity or heavy snowfall, no refund policy will be applicable.
